With all the upheaval in Honduras the Torch trips have been cancelled for the summer. This does not mean we can not continue to help them in their time of need. The needs of the people are greater than before and the help they usually recieve from our Torch Teams is not coming until the crisis is resolved.
Sonquest participants, Melbourne church of Christ and Oceanside church of Christ have colleted over 2000 buckets. a container of corn from Indiana (thanks to help of Dan Chambers and his friends) , and over 6 million dollars worth of medications from Kingsway Pharmaceuticals, (thank you Albert Hester for arranging) Many of you on face book send contributions to help cover some of the costs of this aid. Please continue to pray this will resolve quickly.
